Reservations –Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Please call in advance to assure availability. Please review our cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals –We regret that late arrivals may not receive all scheduled services; you may be responsible for full service fees or be required to reschedule.
Cancellation –We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all beauty bar services. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged no less than a $25.00 up to a 10% fee of missed scheduled services.
Comfort –Please refrain from waxing or shaving prior to any spa treatment involving an exfoliation.
Children –Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. Only children being serviced are allowed in the beauty bar. Ask about our Mommy Mondays.
Arrive In Good Time –We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork (if you are a first time client) and prepare for your experience.
Gratuities –Gratuities are not included in any service and may be given at your discretion.
Payments –MC, Visa, Discover and Cash are accepted. We take personal checks at our discretion.
