The process can take up to 3 hours

Can the hair be Color treated before treatment?
Yes. We recommend to color before treatment because the smoothing system will seal in the color making shinier, while giving the color a longer life.

Is it Safe for color treated hair?
Yes. It is safe for color treated hair and will actually will make it stronger.

How long after treatment should you Wait to wash your hair or allow it to get wet?
72 hours. Your hair should not be pinned or pulled back since bands or clips will leave impressions.

What is the after care?
Keratin shampoo is highly recommended since its specially formulated to go with the system

How often can the treatment be done?
Every 4-6 weeks

Is the re-application done on the entire head?
It should be done on the entire head because of the buildup can only help the hair.

How Long will the treatment last?
3months or more…depending on hair type, and texture and care

Should hair be cut before or after treatment?
Hair should be cut after treatment since it will make hair lie differently

Can the treatment be done on pregnant or nursing women?
It is not recommended
